The 104S battery pack that rolled off the line this time is TWS 's latest mass-produced?ESS?product, featuring high safety, high efficiency, long life, and easy maintenance.?Composed of 104 cells with a rated voltage of 3.2?Vdc, the single battery pack boasts a capacity of up to 104?kWh and is compatible with mainstream 315?Ah cells. The R&D team at TWS?Anhui?has successfully overcome technical challenges such as ultra-long liquid cooling plate flow channels and inconsistent water flow pressure, resulting in an excellent flow channel design that achieves balanced temperature control with a temperature difference of ≤3°C, ensuring consistent temperatures throughout the battery pack.?This battery pack significantly enhances system integration flexibility, adopts a modular design, and integrates PCS internally to optimize space utilization, allowing 5?MWh container energy storage systems to be directly integrated into standard 20-foot containers, effectively saving over 40% of floor space.

As the critical production backbone for the 104S energy storage battery pack, TWS's intelligent CTP production line boasts four major advantages: high flexibility, digitization, standardization, and strong scalability. It provides robust support for efficient production and superior quality of battery packs.?The production line can simultaneously produce 50?kWh and 100?kWh battery packs and automatically switch product types based on information data, significantly enhancing production flexibility and efficiency. The key process equipment on this production line is highly integrated with industry-leading digital technologies, realizing digitalization of the production process, real-time collection of process information, and uploading to the MES cloud platform for comprehensive data monitoring and management. The intelligent CTP production line also fully considers the needs of future business development, featuring a robust scalability design. As process technologies continue to advance, the production line can be flexibly adjusted and upgraded, with automation levels continuously enhanced, to provide customized optimal solutions for customers and ensure long-term competitiveness.
